Money Back Guarantee

Thanks for purchasing our products from the Storyland Express Shop operated by Storyland Express Limited.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.  If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked.  You are eligible for a full reimbursement for the price of product returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase.  We do not refund postage. 

After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

If you wish to return an item, you must inform us within 30 days.  After you have informed us of your wish to return the item, please do so promptly. Customers return items at their own expense and we do not arrange collections. Remember you have a statutory duty of care to look after items when they are in your possession. Therefore please take good care of any items you wish to send back and return them unused and in their original packaging.

When returning your item please:

    • Package the item securely and return it to us including your name, address and invoice number.
    • Include the original bags and packaging.
    • Keep a receipt for proof of postage.

Items damaged in transit or faulty on delivery

If an item is damaged in transit or arrives faulty, please inform us as soon as possible after an item is received. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) to confirm the problem and the item to be posted back to us before giving a refund or sending a replacement, in this case we will refund return postage costs. 

Wrong item received

If you have received the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you.  When you post the item back to us we will refund the postage costs and send you out the item you originally ordered.
