Pay pal is the method of payment at the checkout as it a secure platform.
We use Royal Mail’s 1st class delivery service in the UK. Delivery is a flat rate of £3.95 per order.
There is an option to pick up your purchases from Milltimber, Aberdeen and not pay postage. We will email you when your order is ready to collect and arrange suitable time. Pick up address: 61 Colthill Circle, Milltimber, Aberdeen, AB13 0EH.

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, or lost in the post, Storyland Express cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Items damaged in transit or faulty on delivery
If an item is damaged in transit or arrives faulty, please inform us as soon as possible after an item is received. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) to confirm the problem and the item to be posted back to us before giving a refund or sending a replacement, in this case we will refund return postage costs.
Wrong item received
If you have received the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you. When you post the item back to us we will refund the postage costs and send you out the item you originally ordered.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement for the price of product returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. We do not refund postage.
If you wish to return an item, you must inform us within 30 days. After you have informed us of your wish to return the item, please do so promptly. Customers return items at their own expense and we do not arrange collections. Remember you have a statutory duty of care to look after items when they are in your possession. Therefore please take good care of any items you wish to send back and return them unused and in their original packaging.
When returning your item please:
- Package the item securely and return it to us including your name, address and invoice number.
- Include the original bags and packaging.
- Keep a receipt for proof of postage.

If your product becomes faulty after the 30 day return period specified above, please contact us with the following information:

- Invoice number
- Product ordered
